Supplier confirmations

Supplier confirmation is the checkpoint that turns a proposed service into an operationally dependable booking. Open the booking and use the Suppliers tab to review each line, supplier communication, confirmation state, payment context, and reconfirmation needs.

  1. Review the booking lines and confirm that every supplier and service detail is correct.
  2. Send or record a supplier confirmation for the relevant line. Keep the supplier’s reference in the booking notes or communication record.
  3. If a supplier declines or changes availability, update the affected service and discuss alternatives before promising the client.
  4. Reconfirm services before travel when the phase or next-action list calls for it.
  5. Use the booking timeline and History tab to check what has already been sent or recorded.

For multi-property bookings, confirmation is tracked at line level as well as across the booking. The banner can show partial progress, while the Suppliers tab lets you work through the individual properties. Transfer times and other operational details should be checked before issuing travel documents.

The current product supports supplier confirmation workflows and communications on booking detail. Richer provisional, waitlist, expiry, and credit-note lifecycle tracking is planned, so do not describe those planned states as available features to suppliers yet.
