TourBiddy overview

TourBiddy is a shared workspace for DMCs and tour operators. It brings supplier rate management, client quoting, booking operations, supplier confirmations, invoicing, and travel documents into one workflow.

The core path is:

1. Create your organisation and add the suppliers and clients you work with.
2. Upload a supplier rate sheet, or use the manual entry wizard when no formal sheet exists.
3. Review the extracted rates on the validation page and publish only rates you trust.
4. Build a quote from a client, dates, travellers, itinerary legs, and published rates.
5. Apply the client’s markup, save the quote, and send it when pricing is ready.
6. Convert an accepted quote into a booking and work through supplier confirmations, payments, and travel documents.

TourBiddy supports accommodation, activity, transfer, tour, and car-rental rates in the quote builder. A rate sheet can contain supplier net (STO), public (Rack), or mixed pricing. The parser proposes structured data, but your team remains responsible for checking dates, meal bases, supplements, and terms before publishing.

Use the sidebar to move between Rates, Quotes, Bookings, Suppliers, Clients, and Policies. The Help link in the app opens these public guides in a new tab, so you can keep your current work open while checking a procedure.
